About vulcanization
Raw rubber is a clay-like plastic body, which contains a certain proportion of sulfur, through heating, pressurization, and a chemical reaction at a certain temperature and pressure for a period of time to become elastic rubber. It plays a role as a bridge between rubber molecules and molecules, so the process of this raw rubber becoming cooked rubber is called vulcanization.
Introduction to the structure of the vulcanizer:
1. Structural stability: a special four-column structure is adopted, the upper seat is reinforced with medium carbon steel, and the upright column is thickened and hardened to ensure structural stability and accuracy.
